・Servo-balanced system comprising BF Rolling Diaphragm and Measuring capsule provides exceptionally precise and stable pressure control with constant bleed feature.
RR series offer exceptionally precise 1:1 pressure relay control with ± bias adjustment capability by external pilot operation.
Combined with a stepping Motor , RS・M/S series offers absolutely precise pressure Control by External Electric pulse Signals.
Model RS・HR and Model RR・HR have as twice as large relief flow capacity compared with that of respective basic model.

・High Precision Pressure Control sensitivity ≦0.1 % F.S. , Repeatability ≦±0.1 % F.S.

・Extremely Excellent Relief-, Pressure-, and Flow- Characteristics Particularly
theoretical Relief Sensitivity is as low as 0.03 KPa.

・Excellent Start-up Stability, No readjustment of regulated pressure required even after long interval.

・Remote Control of Pressure (RR Series) Capable of simultaneous remote control of
