a supply pressure to a regulated Output pressure which is directly proportional
to an Electric Input Signal.

Hysteresis ≦ ±1.0% F.S
・Outstanding low supply pressure Sensitivity.
Output pressure is virtually unaffected (≦ ±0.5 % F.S ) by variations
in supply
pressure.
・Large Flow Rate allows direct drive of pneumatic control devices.
・Field Reversible.
・Excellent Repeatability
Normal load ≦ 2.5 % F.S.
Intermittent load ≦ 0.5 % F.S.
・Wide Adjustment Range.
