New aluminum die casting technology. The cavity-induced fraction defective can be minimized by measuring casting conditions and applying pressure at a proper rate. This is because Toyooki's pressure pin feeds back changes in the casting conditions to the computer, and the computer can thus control the speed of the pressure pin in real time and apply optimum pressure to each product.
