The Blind Hole Cleaning system uses the venturi effect to draw out dust and debris from deep holes in drilled parts that are hard to clean safely.  The Blind Hole Cleaning system is designed so that the hole is completely covered while compressed is blown into the hole through specially designed nozzles and all the material in the deep, blind hole ends up in an attached, removal collection bag.  In this way no material is blown around the part or facility allowing for a cleaner, and safe, cleaning operation.  Some deep hole cleaning units try to combine both vacuum and blowing in one operation which actually cancels out the cleaning effect, making for poor cleaning.  The Nex Flow^™ system is designed in such a way that the blowing operation alone, cleans the dust and debris which gets pushed and accelerated toward to the collection bag.

The Blind Hole Cleaning System consists of a Blind Hole Gun assembly, an adaptor for the diameter of the hole and the nozzle for the particular depth range of hole. The Blind Hole Cleaning Kit includes all hole diameter adaptors, all nozzles as well as a water removal filter with auto drain.
